Welcome to my May Newsletter!

There’s no question that the market feels busier right now. With warmer weather finally here and summer around the corner, we’re seeing more movement across the city, more activity at showings, and a noticeable increase in both buyer and seller confidence throughout many of our core neighbourhoods.

May has been an especially active month for our team behind the scenes. We’ve brought several exceptional properties to market across a wide range of price points, lifestyles, and locations, many of which sold within only days of launching. In today’s environment, those results speak directly to the importance of preparation, strategic positioning, local market knowledge, and the strength of a well-connected team working collaboratively on behalf of our clients.

One thing I’m especially proud of right now is the diversity of our current portfolio. From landmark estate properties and beautifully renovated family homes to future building opportunities and luxury condominiums, our team is representing a collection of homes that truly reflects the range of buyers active in the market this season.
